While President Biden's student loan forgiveness sounds like a great idea to many, I believe it will actually make colleges more expensive in the long run. This increase in college fees will result in higher student debt in the future. The unintended consequences of Biden's actions far outweigh any short term benefit that will be seen by forgiving debt right now.
